How many years has your pharmacy been in business?

Our pharmacy has been in business for 20 years.

What has been the most significant change within your pharmacy over the past five years, and how has it helped you serve your patients better?

One of the major changes we made over the past five years is remodeling our store. It is much more inviting and user-friendly now. We also added a RapidPak machine, which packages our patients’ medication to help with adherence and ease of use.

What is your favorite thing about being a pharmacist? 

I love my patients, and my favorite part of being a pharmacist is getting to know them on a more personal level and helping them achieve better health outcomes.

What makes your pharmacy unique? 

We are the only pharmacy in our community!

What do you think your patients love most about your pharmacy? 

Our patients love the personalized attention we provide and the fact that we know them when they come in the front door. They also can call us anytime with their health-related questions and receive help.

What are your favorite ways to get involved with your community?

One of the ways we have gotten involved in our community is with our mobile COVID-19 clinics, which serve our community and the surrounding areas and provide COVID-19 and flu vaccines. We are also actively involved with our community’s chamber of commerce.

What excites you most about the future of independent pharmacy? 

We are excited that the future of independent pharmacy will include more involvement with patient care, point-of-care testing, and better outcomes for our patients with adherence packaging.

Locally Loved means that our customers love what we do for them and appreciate us going the extra mile for them.
